The Guidelines For Suspected Cancer Referral Symposium is developed under the leadership of Dr. Al - Hareth Al – Khater, Senior Consultant Medical Oncologist and Deputy Medical Director at the National Center for Cancer Care & Research of Hamad Medical Corporation and Ms. Catherine Anne Gillespie, Director of the National Cancer Program to provide practical referral guidelines for suspected cases to enhance the quality of cancer care in Qatar.
The Urgent suspected cancer referral document is a best practice guide intended to assist in the timely recognition and appropriate referral of patients with symptoms suggestive of cancer in the State of Qatar. It has been reviewed and updated by clinical experts from the Ministry of Public Health, Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) and Primary Health Care Corporation (PHCC) in order to assure the quality of referrals and to inform timely decision making

The symposium of Guidelines for Suspected Cancer Referral is directed towards only physicians (Not including dentists).
REGISTRATION
This activity is open only for physicians. Registration is free and open till Thursday Sep 26, 2019 11:00 am and limited to 25 seats and it will be closed once we reach the maximum capacity.

This CPD Activity is a Category 1 - Accredited Group Learning Activity as defined by the Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners - Accreditation Department and is approved for a maximum of 5.25 hours. QCHP- AD Activity code A195.
